“SING WITH YOUR BABY!”

A very special and popular program of music, movement, rhymes, and instrument exploration for babies and their caregivers. A unique opportunity for babies to explore music and each other in a creative and comforting environment.

PRE-SCHOOL MUSIC AND MOVEMENT
(Ages 3-5)
Both Rock with your Tot! (for toddlers and their caregivers) as well as Fun with Music (for daycare centers and libraries) offer this active age group a wide assortment of educational and recreational activities including songs for playing, songs for learning, fingerplays, dancing, storytelling, circle games, scarf play, puppets and much more.

SCHOOL ASSEMBLIES AND LIBRARY PRESENTATIONS
Happy Dan offers entertaining and educational programs for elementary school-aged children: American Folk Music explores the rich history of our great nation's wide variety of musics and cultural traditions, while Music Around the World is a fun-filled, creative introduction to the music, songs and instruments of many and diverse international cultures. These programs emphasize global awareness, self-esteem and community building through music, humor and group participation.

TEEN PROGRAMS
Happy Dan offers a variety of upbeat and dynamic workshops for teenagers including theater games, funky rhythm ensemble, hand-made instruments, songwriting, musical improvisation, cooperative group games, circus skills, clowning, storytelling and more.

SPECIAL POPULATIONS
Happy Dan's warmth, humor and creativity easily translate to people with special needs. These include senor citizens and people of all ages with physical disabilities, cerebral palsey, autism, Alzheimer's, mental handicaps or mental illness. He has considerable experience performing in hospitals, clinics and social service agencies.

ADULT WORKSHOPS
Happy Dan is an experienced teacher as well as an entertainer. He leads workshops for adults in: Theater Games, Theatrical Improvisation, Clowning, Sacred Clowning, Circus Skills, Group Games, Community Choir, Singing, and Creativity. Happy Dan encourages and facilitates original, spontaneous, and creative expression in folks of all ages and personality types.

THE IMAGINATION ORCHESTRA
Happy Dan is proud to present the Imagination Orchestra - a hands-on group musical experience that anyone and everyone can creatively participate in. The Imagination Orchestra is a way of making beautiful and interesting music with other people that is big fun and super easy! Simple, visual symbols and hand signs are introduced and then used by improvising musicians of all levels of musical ability (from total beginners to masters!). This clear and understandable notation system gives specific directions as well as freedom for creative self expression. Happy Dan supplies a wide array of musical instruments from around the world for everyone to play as well as easy-to-understand written materials to explain how it all works. The Imagination Orchestra is the result of many years of trial and error in music-making workshops and classes led by Happy Dan.

Everyone loves a party and Happy Dan wants your party to be the best ever! Whether it is a birthday party, a family gathering, a company function or a holiday, Happy Dan offers a wide array of fun and games including, group games, balloons, sing-a-longs, music making, dancing and more.
